Volunteering and disability

This research report explores the experiences and perceptions of volunteering from both volunteers living with disability and Volunteer Involving Organisations. It examines barriers to participation, enablers of inclusion and opportunities to improve volunteer involvement.

The findings support organisations to better understand how inclusive practices can enhance participation, engagement and experiences for volunteers with disability.
