Reach / Impact in Australia

As a cloud-based system, Be Collective works across all states in Australia (as well as New Zealand and the United Kingdom). The platform has functionality to service a range of different organisation sizes, industries and requirements.

Benefits

Be Collective offers the flexibility for organisations to manage volunteering as a stand-alone, closed system AND it can digitise the way organisations connect and partner with community organisations, Volunteer Resource Centres, clubs, education institutions, councils, and business, bringing everyone into a shared ecosystem to maximise social impact.

  • All parts of the digital ecosystem gain access to consistent data, transparency of outcomes, a better understanding of volunteering and the impact it has on the community as well as engagement of volunteers.

  • It offers several different features to help build reciprocity between volunteer involving organisations and volunteers (or employees).

Why not flip the value proposition both ways in a bid to attract and retain volunteers?

A core ethos is to ensure that any group of any size is able access key tools and participate in volunteering without cost. Be Collective also provides additional powerful tools to support advanced volunteer management and reporting needs of larger organisations.

1. Be Collective Standard: free access to Be Collective for smaller-sized groups, which only require access to our standard suite of tools.

2. Be Collective Plus: for any group which needs a range of additional features to better manage volunteer programs at an affordable price.

3. Be Collective Pro: for organisations requiring more functionality, customisation, innovative engagement, and evidence-based reporting.

Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the organisation. https://www.becollective.com/pricing-plans

As a social enterprise, Be Collective is committed to providing digital infrastructure that’s powerful AND accessible. Be Collective offers three subscription tiers designed to adapt to the needs (and budget) of small, medium and enterprise sized organisations.

Accessibility

The platform is constantly improved with regular releases and designs are updated to continually improve accessibility.

Integrations

Be Collective offers website / intranet integrations so that any organisation can drive their volunteers to their own familiar website. Content is taken dynamically from Be Collective and presented to users through a set of 'widgets' which can be embedded easily into a website to: find/list volunteer opportunities, broadcast partnerships as well as share meaningful updates, resources and articles. This integration allows organisations to build their brand and improve user experience. Be Collective also offers APIs to connect information stored within Be Collective with other organisational systems. This API flows one way – from Be Collective to the client’s chosen system(s).
