Volaby

Summary

Volaby is an end-to-end volunteer and people management platform, enabling organisations to do more with less! Built from the collective voice of our volunteer managers using the platform, Volaby helps you automate and simplify the volunteer and manager experience to save time and scale impact.

Introduction

We've built Volaby from the collective voice of our volunteer and people managers - saving managers time by automating and simplifying repetitive tasks, empowering them to focus on what's more important.

Have confidence in an end-to-end system that will grow with your organisation and your onboarding, compliance, operational and reporting needs.

Volunteers

Benefits

  • Save time by automating time-consuming manual tasks and processes, including roster notices, reminders, updates, compliance and training requirements.

  • Create your own customisable recruitment and onboarding workflows for your volunteers to apply and complete in order to verify their suitability, complete training, track compliance and more.

  • Volaby’s scheduling tools give you the ability to effectively manage your events and track attendance, helping to avoid no-shows and increase engagement.

  • Access impact data with ease to better understand and recognise your volunteers. Our rich reporting and graphing tools mean that you don’t have to export data and compile on other platforms.

  • Collect the information you need to understand your impact through custom reporting.

We believe reporting goes beyond impact hours - whether collecting data around how many individuals your people have spoken to on an activity, to collecting in-depth information about interactions.

  • Connect Volaby’s cloud-based management software into popular software platforms, or your own website, to reduce the admin effort needed to manage and communicate to the people in your organisation.

  • It’s easy to use! Our platform and features are built for ease-of-use, allowing you to reduce the burden of onboarding new volunteers, with no training required.

Pricing Structure

Volaby has three plans available, for organisations of all shapes and sizes. Don’t pay for what you aren’t using - Volaby will charge monthly for your active volunteers only. Visit the pricing section of the Volaby Website for more information.

Accessibility

Accessibility is incredibly important to our team. The users of our platform, managers and volunteers alike, are from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of needs and technological ability. Along with constantly assessing and reviewing our platform against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), we also have built a platform that’s straightforward and easy-to-use for any user.

Integrations

Volaby offers a range of integrations. Directly embed impact data, upcoming rosters and a locations map on your website with no configuration required. Integrate with Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, Zapier and more with our direct integrations, or chat to us about custom integrations!
