  • Volunteer Impact offers a complete online volunteer database solution and has a proven track record for reliability and customer service.

  • Most of all we ‘get’ volunteer management!

  • Our member support team boast more than 100 years of direct volunteer management experience between them!

Reach / Impact in Australia

Better Impact works with close to 600 unique organisations across the country and can boast more than 3,500 installations of its software across Australia.

Benefits

Better Impact offers a ‘one-stop’, end-to-end volunteer management solution. From advertising your vacant positions, to online recruitment, rostering, logging hours, recording feedback, communicating, tracking compliance, reporting, e-learning and volunteer engagement, Better Impact has it all!

  • Volunteers also have their own volunteering portal where they can sign up for vacancies, undertake training, log hours and keep their information up-to-date.

  • Your data is safe - Better Impact is internationally ISO certified, meaning data is stored and dealt with using the highest possible international standards. We also meet all the requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Better Impact also offers comprehensive support to both new users and those who are well established, with a comprehensive help library, hundreds of training videos and a 24 hour a day (5.5 days a week) live chat room. This is complimented by a network of national and international peer-based user groups and our Better Impact Buddy network, which members can access and learn from.

Pricing Structure

There are two versions of our volunteer software -

  • a Standard (single) account, and;

  • an Enterprise version, which enables larger organisations to centrally manage several (or several hundred) sub-account databases which can represent their key volunteering areas.

Better Impact works on an annual subscription base, which consists of paying an annual fee based on the number of accounts you have and the total number of active volunteers.

All our pricing details, including an online calculator, can be found at https://www.betterimpact.com.au/volunteer-impact-pricing

Accessibility

We aim for a minimum of WCAG 2.1 Level AA on all public and volunteer facing portions of the web application.

Our full accessibility statement can be found via this link - https://www.betterimpact.com/accessibility

Integrations

Our software does not fully integrate with other software, however we do offer a JSON-based REST API and Excel/CSV exports.

So, it's possible that you may be able to use one of these methods to help port your data out and into another system.

Testimonials

“I canʼt rate Better Impact highly enough. The system offers complete management of the volunteer life cycle, from advertising, through recruitment and on-boarding, induction, ongoing training, communication, rostering, recognition and exit. I love that the system is completely tailorable to each organisation so it supports our processes and collects the information we need. One of the highlights of Better Impact is that they are always reinvesting in the product and updating features recommended by users of the system. But above all else, I appreciate the 5-star customer service offered by Better Impact. And they invest back into the volunteer engagement sector by facilitating user groups, online and in-person conferences. They truly are an incredible part of the sector who support the elevation of best practice through great products and professional development.”
