This Digital Literacy series helps you learn common, devices, tools and methods for undertaking a range of key volunteer management activities using modern technology. It was developed by the Centre for Volunteering in partnership with Digital Literacy Foundation.

Design Basics - In this video, you will learn about digital design basics, communicating with with digital design and the tools available including Biteable and Canva.

Digital Marketing - In this video you will learn how to produce a digital marketing strategy.

Digital Marketing Fundamentals - In these video you will learn about the basics of starting your own digital marketing campaigns using tools such as MailChimp.

Email Effectiveness - In these videos and guide you will learn to increase your email effectiveness using tools such as Gmail and Outlook.

Google 101 - In these videos and guide, you will learn about Google Apps such as Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Forms, Sheets, Slides.

Guide to Delivering Webinars - In this video and guide, you will learn the basics of delivering webinars.

Guide to Online Meetings - In these videos and guide you will learn to navigate online meeting tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet.

Introduction to Digital Skills - Learn how to communicate online using email, chat and other methods to connect with your community.

Microsoft 101 - Learn some of the basics of using Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Microsoft 102 - Learn some more advanced methods of using Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Social Media Strategy - Learn about the importance of social media and the basics of each main platform and strategies you can use.

Toolbox - An overview of how you can use apps and internet tools on all of your devices such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
