Community-Informed Volunteering
Overview
Developed in partnership with Collappor8, this suite of resources will assist volunteer managers to identify and overcome common and not so common challenges faced within the operations of their organisations. Drawing on their network of well-established charities, not-for-profits, service partners and volunteers, this project brings together a diverse range of community voices to share insights and strategies to break down barriers to volunteering, particularly for young people.
The resources use comprehensive coverage and diverse learning preferences by combining Blogs, Vlogs, and Training Videos. The Blogs provide detailed written content; Vlogs offer dynamic and personal engagement; and the Training Videos deliver in-depth instructional material. This mix caters to different learning styles, ensuring broad and diverse reach and engagement.
